PRIVACY NOTICE – NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION

Disclosure on personal data processing ex art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679

The Data Controller is ALFA GROUP S.P.A., headquartered in Via Fiume Giallo, 3 – 00144 Rome, VAT Number and Fiscal Code: 05174111004. The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (“DPO”), to whom you can refer in order to exercise your rights, as well as to receive any information related to these rights and/or this Notice, by writing to the following address: privacy@alfagroup.it.

The Alfa Group Newsletter is distributed to those who request to receive it by filling out the form on the Alfa Group website.

1. Purposes of the processing

Alfa Group will process your common personal data to send communications and informative material regarding the Company’s activities. These communications are sent exclusively via e-mail. 

2. Conferment of the data

In order to pursue the aims described in point 1, it is necessary to provide your common personal data, marked as such in the designated newsletter subscription form. 

3. Legal basis for the processing

For the processing described in point 1, the legal basis can be found in art. 6. Par. 1 Letter b) of the GDPR, insomuch as the lack of processing of such data for the aforementioned purpose would result in the inability to provide the service requested by the interested party.

4. Processing Methods

Your common personal data shall be processed by subjects authorized by the Data Controller only to pursue the objectives described in point 1 and only to carry out tasks assigned to them by the Data Controller, undertaking to execute only those operations necessary to carry out these tasks.

Data processing shall be performed utilizing electronic instruments, to which all adequate technical and organizational measures will be applied in order to meet the requirements of EU Reg. 679/2016. 

5. Retention Terms

Your personal data shall be processed and retained for the time the Newsletter Service is active, until you no longer wish to use the service. 

In order to stop receiving the Newsletter, it is necessary to cancel your email address by following the unsubscribing instructions provided in the footer of the newsletter email sent by the Data Controller.  

6. Personal data communication and transfer abroad

Your personal data shall only be processed by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller, particularly in the following business area: Marketing & Communication. 

Your personal data shall not be communicated or disclosed to third parties by any means, nor shall it be transferred to EU or Non-EU countries.

7. Interested Party’s Rights

As the interested party, you can exercise your rights under articles 15 and ss. of the GDPR against the Data Controller. The request must be submitted to the following e-mail address: privacy@alfagroup.it. 

Informativa sul trattamento dei dati personali ex art. 13 Regolamento (UE) 2016/679

Il Titolare del trattamento è ALFA GROUP S.P.A., con sede legale in Via Fiume Giallo, 3 – 00144 Roma, Partita IVA e Codice Fiscale: 05174111004. Il Titolare ha nominato un Responsabile della protezione dei dati (“Data Protection Officer” o “DPO”), che Lei potrà contattare per l’esercizio dei Suoi diritti, nonché per ricevere qualsiasi informazione relativa agli stessi e/o alla presente Informativa, scrivendo una e-mail al seguente indirizzo: “privacy@alfagroup.it”.

La Newsletter di Alfa Group è distribuita a quanti fanno richiesta di riceverla compilando il form presente sul sito web Alfa Group.

1. Finalità del trattamento

Alfa Group tratterà i Suoi dati personali comuni al fine di inviare comunicazioni e materiale informativo circa l’attività aziendale. Tali comunicazioni sono inviate esclusivamente via posta elettronica.

2. Conferimento dei dati

Al fine di poter perseguire le finalità di cui sopra si rende obbligatorio il conferimento dei Suoi dati comuni personali contrassegnati come tali all’interno della form da compilare per la newsletter.

3. Base giuridica del trattamento

Per il trattamento indicato la base giuridica si rinviene nell’art. 6 par. 1 lett. b) del GDPR, in quanto il trattamento dei Suoi dati è necessario per l’erogazione del servizio richiesto.

4. Modalità del trattamento

I Suoi dati personali comuni saranno trattati da soggetti autorizzati dal Titolare che li tratteranno al solo fine di perseguire quanto esposto al punto 1. e solo nell’ambito dello svolgimento dei compiti loro assegnati dal Titolare, impegnandosi a compiere le sole operazioni necessarie allo svolgimento degli stessi.

Il trattamento dei dati sarà effettuato attraverso strumenti elettronici a cui saranno applicate tutte le misure tecniche ed organizzative adeguate al fine di soddisfare i requisiti del Reg. UE 679/2016.

5. Termini di conservazione e modalità di cancellazione

I Suoi dati personali verranno trattati e conservati fin tanto che il servizio di Newsletter sarà attivo ovvero fin quando Lei non vorrà più usufruire del servizio.

Per non ricevere più la Newsletter è necessario cancellare il proprio indirizzo di posta elettronica seguendo le indicazioni in fondo al testo delle newsletter inviate dal Titolare.

6. Comunicazione dei dati personali e trasferimento all’estero

I Suoi dati personali verranno trattati unicamente dal personale espressamente autorizzato dal Titolare, e in particolare, dalla seguente area operativa aziendale: Marketing & Communication.

I Suoi dati personali non saranno in alcun modo oggetto di trasferimento all’estero, né all’interno dell’UE né all’esterno dell’UE.

7. Diritti dell’interessato:

In qualità di interessato Lei può esercitare nei confronti del Titolare del trattamento i diritti di cui agli artt. 15 e ss. GDPR. La richiesta deve essere presentata al seguente indirizzo e-mail: privacy@alfagroup.it.
